🗝️ 9:30am: Doors open
🗝️ 10am: Opening Circle & Cacao ceremony w/ Nuts & Berries *setting the intention for the day, getting crystal clear on where we are going, what’s standing in our way, and how we get there together
🗝️ 11am: Dynamic Healing Movement and Breathwork Class *becoming resourced and embodied
🗝️ 12pm: Group Lunch and Either Partner or Solo Reflections *tuning into your needs if you want to eat your lunch in silence to come back to yourself or reflect in partners; the option is yours as we share a nourishing, warm meal together
🗝️ 1pm: Coaching/Feather Smudger Workshop *going deep into our first process of becoming, energetic work combined with artistist expression
🗝️ 3pm: Meditation & Breathwork Reset *when the head takes over we journey back into the heart, connecting with spirit and anchoring into the faith frequency of what is wanting to be birthed in our becoming
🗝️ 3:30pm: Coaching/Feather Smudger Workshop 2 *next layered as we deepen into our wisdom, distilling our gifts and claiming our new identity of what we are here to do and who we are
🗝️ 5:30pm: Group Dinner & Giving our Missions Voice *sharing our clarity, connection, and wisdom with the group - activating our voices, and grounding through food our new becoming

The Invitation
Your Human is Becoming Her.

Both are true at once: the masculine in you, moving forward one brave step at a time, and the feminine in you, already whole, already a healer, a priestess, an oracle, a hierophant, a medicine woman. This day holds both. It will help your human take her next step, and help your soul finally exhale into who she has always been.
This is the same push and pull that lives in your nervous system: the earner, who proves her worth through effort and output, who believes rest is a risk and safety comes from control. And the receiver, still learning that wealth, love, and worth can be received without earning them first, that safety can come from alignment and trust instead of force. This day lives in the gap between them, held by ritual, creativity, and sisterhood, and by the earth itself.

THE TRANSFORMATION
The Earner Arrives. The Receiver Finally Gets To Stay.
You arrive holding it all together: capable, responsible, quietly exhausted from proving your worth through what you produce. By sundown, you have stopped earning your worth and started receiving it, witnessed in ceremony, held in sisterhood, and reminded, by your own hands of creation, of who your soul has always known you are. You leave rested, restored, and whole: the woman still becoming, and the woman who was never anything but her.
BRINGING THE INVISIBLE INTO FORM
Your Becoming, birthed through your Breath & Hands of Creation.
Through breathwork, presence, and the whispers of your body, held within the wisdom of the circle, we enter a somatic process of Becoming Her. The priestess, the healer, the oracle, the medicine woman, the mother, the fairy, the witch, the wild and whimsical: she already lives within you, and you already feel her to be true. Here, you give her the allowing to move through you. You feel it. You embody it. You birth it.
Working with natural materials like feathers, leather, thread, and stones, your hands become part of the practice as you create your own ceremonial feather smudger, a beautiful side effect of the journey itself. You're invited to bring one or more natural elements that carry meaning for you: a feather, a stone, a leather band, a small treasure from the Earth. Hand-picked materials will also be provided so your creation can unfold intuitively, and no art experience is necessary.
You leave holding an anchor: a piece to use in your rituals or place in your sacred space. It reminds you of the moment you let yourself feel it, embody it, birth it, and bring the invisible into form.

Cari Merriam
Cari is on a mission to empower, inspire, and accelerate spiritual awakening. An international yoga and meditation teacher, breathwork healer, and spiritual coach with over 15 years of experience and more than 15,000 hours of facilitation and training, she has spent the last decade channeling and refining a transformative methodology, born as Yoga Life Awakening and evolved into the Dynamic Healing Method.
Her work now guides women ready to rise into their sacred calling: healing their masculine and feminine wounds, reconnecting with God, and stepping into feminine leadership with boundaries, authentic communication, and self-love.
Dominique Buege
Dominique is a Dynamic Healing Coach supporting people in reconnecting with themselves, regulating their nervous systems, and moving through life's transitions with greater clarity and ease.
Through Bodywhispers, she weaves together somatics, breathwork, Human Design, movement, gong, and embodied self-expression. Rooted in her background as an artist, Dominique explores embodiment through the creation and integration of all parts of the self: mind, spirit, emotions, and body. She has worked with body and self-expression through art since 2016, expanding into Dynamic Healing in 2023.

On this day, that becomes tangible: you'll build your own smudge feather by hand, woven from feather, leather, thread, and stone. This becomes your anchor that you carry home to remember who you really are and what you are here to do.
Practices & Tools
Meditation, breathwork, somatic movement, coaching, and creative self-expression, woven together to cultivate unwavering presence in your body and steady your emotional world.
On this day, that becomes clarity: on what you actually want, and exactly how to get it, especially with money and in your business. This becomes the ground you keep building from, long after this day ends.
The Community

Food is part of how we hold you throughout this day. Its a part of our community where you can decide to come together or take solo time for yourself to recharge.
In the morning, we open with a cacao ceremony alongside fruit, dates, and berries, followed by a nourishing lunch and a warming dinner to close out the day.

No. This day is designed for women at any stage of their journey, from those brand new to this kind of work to those deep in their own practice. All you need is willingness.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, a journal if you'd like one, and, if it feels right, a small natural element that holds meaning for you: a feather, a stone, a piece of leather. Everything else will be provided.
